GoogleRecently went for a couple of viewings with Karim, unfortunately the properties werent suitable for us but Karim was extremely profressional, informative and helpful. I don't usually write reviews but he was very proactive and I think his service is worth recognition!

GoogleDisgustingly Poor Management of a block near to me - Concord House in Town Meadow Brentford... rubbish all over the place, no signage on the bin store, an environmental health disaster

GoogleVery happy with the service I received from Daniel Madden and the team, every time a new property that came on that suited my requirement's I was informed. I didn't end up taking anything in Chiswick but ended up finding through Thorgills in Brentford, where the service was just as good. Highly recommend anyone looking to buy a property to give Thorgills a call.

GoogleFantastic service from Karim Pasha, he really helped me out a lot with finding a home within my budget and my preferred location. He even kept in touch to ensure everything was ok after I had moved in. By far the best estate agent I have ever met. He was very patient and understanding even when at times when I was being difficult with my requirements. I would sincerely recommend enquiring for Karim Pasha when using the services of Thorgills.

GoogleI must say that when considering renting out my very special home in Ealing I was somewhat apprehensive! I had lived there for 27 years and it had fond memories of fun hours spent with family and friends. When I was assigned Alice Carrick all my fears went out the window. She was able to, not only answer every 'silly' question I had - but she knew my questions in advance! She also knew every answer. Alice took every call first time, replied instantly to every email. Alice copied me on everything, discussed all my concerns with potenial tennants, managed my expectations, changed the wording in the contract, ensured I had printed signed copies, posted them to me at home - and sat with me in her office to double check everything before I agreed to sign - she has the patience of a 'saint' !! A GREAT and dedicated employee !! Ann

GoogleLied to every step of the way! Tricked into signing a contract when the house had been flooded which thorgills new about! These people do no care about anyone but themselves and there own pocket and will say anything to get your money. DO. NOT USE THESE PEOPLE So called manager Alice Carrick would not even take my phone calls!!!

GoogleWhat can i say, from start to finish Thorgills were first class. Daniel valued my house on Monday and i had an offer which i accepted on Tuesday! From then on Alice ( my "go between myself , buyer and solicitors) was superb, keeping me upto date with everything and chasing any problems or delays. She is a real little Terrier! I certainly wouldnt mess with her! The whole process was relatively smooth and very professional. From the day i contacted them to the day we move into our new house in Devon soon has taken just 9 weeks! I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling, buying or renting a property.
