GoogleGood experience with Thorgills So far. They are good in customer response and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I am happy with there services so far. Kat Felton is managing our property in Brentford Branch and is very cooperative and proactive in resolving all the issues.

GoogleI had an unpleasant start with Thorgills, but dealing with Haffeeza Rasheed towards the end of my tenancy made it all better. She is very patient and she saw every issue through to the end.

GoogleAll the communication with Thorgills has been very efficient and on point. The paperwork and procedures were explained very thoroughly, so that we were well informed while signing the contract . For me it is my first time renting an accommodation in London so a few things were new to me, but Emma and Haffeeza have been very patient with us and I really appreciate that. If there's ever a problem, I know their office is near by so I can reach them easily. Good experience!

I needed to secure a place quickly and the team turned around my initial enquiry, follow up communication and documentation within days . Emma was a great point of contact to show the property and get things moving quickly and equally was supported by Haffeeza who was fast, accurate and supportive in the process to secure a property - highly recommended.
