GoogleHafeeza at Thorgills Chiswick/Brentford has been a super star agent for us. From a tenant’s perspective, it’s easy to feel that your estate agent is only backing the landlord but Hafeeza has genuinely cared for our interests and well-being as tenants. She is also communicative and quick to respond to our emails. Finally some one on our side!

GoogleStaff are very friendly but .....Be careful and ensure anything agreed over the phone is backed up in writing. A lot of the agreed details were changed in the contract, which required my eagle eyes to keep pick up and get changed. IMHO- This was very disingenuous. Unfortunately- i didn’t pickup all the agreed details that somehow got swapped in the contract.

GooglePaid holding deposit and first month's rent and in 2 days was supposed to move in to a flat. 2 days before move in these guys called me to say that the landlord has given his flat his friend and they were sorry !! I had to stay in a hotel with my family for a month before I found something else. I am curious what for the holding deposit was for which the sales guy hurried me to pay by calling at least 6-7 times in a day !! Doesnt Thorgills have any contract with the landlords .. they can just walk away anytime !! Useless agents .. best avoided. I am going in for legal advice as I am the only one who bled in this whole process. These guys just make a call and their accountability is done !

GoogleSince the manager has now dealt with my previous issue, the young letting assistant will be given training and i have been fully refunded my reservation deposit. Happy to report a successful complaint outcome and hopefully just a one off.

GoogleHad bad experience with Thorgills when we were buying a property. Thought we will give them a 2nd chance with rental. I have to say the experience was even worse. Deal has just fallen through because of clear greed and lack of commonsense. If they had any concern about their customers, they would use more commonsense and negotiation skills to get deals through. It baffles me that they then start Change.org campaign asking for help from the Chancellor when they don't help themselves. Probably just another chance of getting in some money!

GoogleWe have worked with the Thorgills property management department for a few years and have always found them extremely helpful and polite. Over the years we have built up a good relationships with Kat, Temi and Andre, who tend to be the favourites amongst our office staff. As a contractor, it’s always a delight working with clients, who are down to earth and easy to liaise with.

GoogleI’m personally asking to get few repairs in our house: door lock broken, handle of the sink broken, fridge shelf broken and loo’s seat broken all these stuff need to be changed, I probably sent them more than 7/8 mail since March (now we’re in August) still nothing happen, one of the worst services I ever had!

GoogleNot a great Experience with Thorgills when renting. Tried to change £70 for a brief room clean and charged £120 to fix an already broken fire alarm. They also had the tendency to neglect their responisbility as landlords. Several times the house had no heating, Electric and wifi.

GoogleOverall I've been really impressed, from the quality photography, to the ongoing communication, right up to getting our property exchanged. So many members of staff that clearly care about what they are doing and helping clients. highly recommended.

GoogleAlways takes an eternity to get anything done...unless it's rent day then bombarded with automated emails......once you rent a place and part with your money it's over for customer service

GoogleThese guys have got to be the most thorough agent I have ever worked with. I have bought and sold a couple times, these are the only agents that have ever called me to tell me what other agents in the area were listing, that might be of interest to me. They genuinely try and help people move forward, even if it doesnt immediately benefit them.
