Natasha Clark has very cleverly and wonderfully, totally 'held my hand', the whole way through the progess of previous tenants moving out and new tenants moving in! Over a 2 week process ... she has very kindly helped with gas and electric certificates, inventory check in and check out, she has been available 24/7, always returned calls or emails immediatley, given me very thoughful professional advice, found a very capable gas engineer when my boiler failed - and then went above and beyond duty when she hand delivered door keys on a Saturday (when she was officailly on holiday) to the new couple moving in to my flat in Ealing - I can't praise her enough - and I can't thank her enough ... You get what you pay for at Thorgills. Their selling agent fees are quite toppy but they earnt every penny of it. The service from staff generally is excellent and I would single out the following things: (1.) efficient process to manage viewings and give feedback (2.) I have a been a customer with thorgills for almost 3 years. My review is based on the last 6 months with them, when it's about payments they will be on top of it in no time by sending emails and phone calls. I've been compliant with their requests seeing how good the service was on my previous tenancy, but on my last tenancy even though I cover all the expenses as per their requests I ended up being left homeless for a day in the middle of the pandemic cause they couldn't get every tenants signing the new agreement with my name on it. It looks like that for them that didn't seem like a big issue but after endless phone calls I managed to get the new agreement sign 3/4 days after I cover all the expenses by basically paying for those days without me actually having access to what I paid for.NegativeProfessionalism
