I'm also convinced they have an internal team of Sales people who's sole task is to get Clients on board from other Estate Agents, and are relentless in their job. The hard Sale is not to everyone's liking. When I did finally succumb, Marketing my property was efficient and well executed. Once the property was sold the after Sales and follow through to Exchange and Completion was second to none. Well done.
