GoogleKarla Marwood was the assigned agent to the case I was handling in a chain that had to complete before the 31st March, for the stamp duty deadline. We had been ready at the beginning of March but elsewhere in the chain there was a delay. Karla's persistence in chasing and providing accurate and timely updates was key to the completion of this chain. I had never worked with Karla or the estate agents before but my clients and I are very thankful we had Karla and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Everyone needs a Karla as their agent !!

GoogleI would highly recommend Ryan and his team at Thomas Morris, Biggleswade for selling your home. Ryan is very experienced and marketed it superbly well with great results. Throughout the whole process the team, especially Karla worked enthusiastically, keeping us and our buyers informed at every stage, as well as calmly getting over issues as and when they arrived. Overall. I can honestly say it was a good experience.

GoogleThe team at Thomas Morris has been beyond excellent in managing the sale of our property. Right from first contact, I can't fault them. The whole team has been great but a special thank-you to India and Danielle, whom I had the most contact with. The team was very supportive and tried to alleviate any stress that came along with the journey of property selling. I am very grateful we decided to use them! GoogleI recently bought a property that was being marketed by Thomas Morris. They were so helpful, from arranging extra viewings to chasing up both sets of solicitors. Jen and India always knew exactly what was going on and Ryan was super supportive and professional as well. I honestly don't think the sale would have gone through without their help and advice as my solicitors (M&H) massively let me down. I will definitely use them myself in future.

GoogleThomas Morris have been outstanding in selling our property. Every single team member has been professional, with outstanding customer service. They found us genuine buyers very quickly and the whole transaction was very smooth. We never once had to chase for an update, they contacted us weekly and towards exchange more frequently. They liaised with both sets of solicitors and coordinated the exchange effortlessly. We have used their services numerous times over the years and highly recommend them. GoogleBrought a flat through Thomas Morris recently and the service was amazing. India is possibly one of the loveliest people ever. She’s so helpful, friendly and down to earth. Such a pleasure to deal with and made the viewing and offer process so easy and stress free. Karla was amazing. Worked so hard to get things done and get completion on the date we wanted. Worked with both myself and the buyer to make sure we were both happy and really went above and beyond. Any issues or concerns were address quickly and solved. Highly recommend!
