GoogleAs a first-time homebuyer, I was overwhelmed and unfamiliar with the entire mortgage process, but working with Justyna Ferra at Embrace made all the difference. From the very beginning, Justyna was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a ton of questions (and probably wasn’t the easiest client to work with!), but she never made me feel like a burden. She explained complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand and was always available when I needed guidance. Even when the first home I wanted fell through due to the seller backing out, Justyna stuck with me and continued to offer support and encouragement. Her professionalism and dedication truly made this experience so much more pleasant than I ever expected. I highly recommend Justyna to anyone, especially first-time buyers, looking for a mortgage broker who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond.

From finding out what my requirements were and signposting properties that appeared suitable, to the way they showed me round the properties. GoogleCannot recommend Jen, Danielle and the rest of the team highly enough! Buying a house is stressful and confusing and honestly we had more help and guidance from them than we ever expected! We were made to feel comfortable from the very beginning, from the last minute booking to view our dream house (thankyou for fitting us in!) to the follow up viewing, Danielle even helped us measure everything and drew the layout beautifully on the plan for us! And then all the advice, guidance and moral support we received from then on. You've been wonderful honestly!
