GoogleWhat can I say Chloe and Charlotte have been proactive, communicative and professional from day one. We could only view at 5.30 pm but no issues to them they booked in viewings to suit us even showing us other properties nearby.
The waiting game once we offered felt like forever but they were on the case following up each day until we reached an amount that suited both parties. They go above and beyond nothing is too much trouble behaving as if it is their own business I always felt they had our interests at heart. Cannot recommend enough if you are selling or buying in their area then you canβt get better βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ

Always giving me at lease 3 options/quotes if works need to be repaired.
And of course , some lovely tenants, who have always looked after the properties.
My point of contact throughout has been Malcolm and he is the main reason, I still rent out my properties.
Makes my life very easy , as I am not always in the UK.

GoogleIβve been renting with Arden for six months. During this time, Ardenβs property manager, Kat Usher, has always been responsive, reliable, and helpful. Their repairs and maintenance platform is also very convenient and hassle-free.
I am now moving to another Arden's refurbished property managed by Kat and Morag. Thanks to them, the property is professionally cleaned at the start of the tenancy, and I am very happy with the smooth move-out and move-in process.
