GoogleLeft a review about my bad e bike experience with Halfords in 4 or 5 Feefo sections it asked me to fill out then only posted 1 section and not the other really negative 3 sections I submitted. I was not writing anything offensive or personal , just a 1 star review explaining the issues I had with the bike. Feefo have asked me to take time out of my day for no benefit for me then decided which parts they liked and which parts it didn’t so essentially editing peoples reviews to suit themselves or customers. Will never believe a Feefo review again.

GoogleThe Cooke team were excellent. Concerning the sale of my mother in-laws property in Howdens in March 2026.
Their promotion of the property ensured we had lots of viewings, all managed by their team and feedback on each visit provided. They maintained constant communication through a complicated sales process regarding dependent sales. It helped remove the stress from the whole process. This is the third time in using Cooke both buying and selling and they have been faultless every time.
Special mention for Charlotte, Julie and Nigel although the whole team were great.

They have a well oiled machine and you feel in good hands with them. Their photography service is superb, and they give you lots of advice, I think it makes a big difference.

We sold our flat in under 14 days (12 to be precise) and they were right with their pricing predictions. We had considered other estate agents that were "cheaper" or claimed to sell more properties than anyone else, but our gut told us to go with Neilsons and we don't regret our final choice.
