GoogleFrom the first meeting with Kellie we knew selling via In House was going to work for us. Her approach in supporting us around the probate process was both sensitive and professional. GoogleJust avoid...as an estate agent, we haven’t dealt with a conveyancing firm this poor in quite some time. Communication has been awful, and ever since we referred our first client, the BDM has disappeared and hasn’t checked in once. It’s a shame, as we have the potential to pass a significant amount of business their way.

What truly sets them apart is their deeply personal approach; having dedicated people who were contactable at all times made a world of difference. Unlike the experience you often get with other agents, they were on hand to support and help us throughout the entire journey. Claire went above and beyond to push the exchange through, taking on every burden and liaising with all the right people at exactly the right time, taking all the stress and hassle off our shoulders, and we honestly don't think we could have got this over the line without her. We wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else in the future!

GoogleWe sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way. They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed. From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this company. An advertising board installed by them at a nearby property fell and landed on my car, causing damage. When I contacted them, they immediately denied responsibility, stating that because they believe the sign was installed correctly they are not liable. Regardless of the explanation, the fact remains that a board installed by their company became detached and damaged my vehicle. I was expecting a more responsible and helpful response, especially given they claim to carry public liability insurance. Instead, I was told to claim through my own car insurance. Very frustrating situation and poor customer service when dealing with the consequences of their installation. All in all, if you don’t want problems with your neighbours don’t use them and save yourself a headache
