GoogleWe recently had our properties valued by Jenna and I can honestly say the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jenna was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to properly assess each property and clearly explained her reasoning behind the valuations, which gave us a lot of confidence in the figures provided. What really stood out was her attitude and work ethic. She was friendly, approachable, and clearly very passionate about what she does. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is both highly competent and genuinely cares about providing a great service. If you’re looking for someone reliable, professional, and extremely good at what she does, I would highly recommend Jenna. Absolutely amazing service.

GoogleWe had a 5 star experience when using Thomas Morris to sell our property. From the moment we meet Charlotte to arrange for a valuation to Dominic attending to undertake the valuation and explaining the process of placing our property on the market. Our property sold within 4 days due to the great marketing it received from Thomas Morris. Evan kept us up to date with the progress of our sale and any queries we had were resolved quickly. We also used Thomas Morris's conveyancing company which again was a 5 star experience. We would highly recommend Thomas Morris as an Estate Agent as they are very professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. GoogleMarc and Gabi were such a great help getting our newly-renovated flat rented quickly. We achieved our target rent, and the tenants were in before we knew it! GoogleI was having trouble with my tax office who wanted documented proof of the value of the plot of land my house stands on, minus the value of the house itself, which no-one else seemed to be able to help me with. I mentioned it in passing to one of the TM staff who manage the rental of my house for me and she contacted Robert at TM. 'I can do that for you, no problem' came the response from him, as if it was something he could do in his sleep. A few emails backwards and forwards to establish the facts and I was then in possession of a PDF on headed paper giving me exactly what I needed. And to top it all off, he said 'no charge'. Thomas Morris in general are a good team and I have no issues with the way they manage my house for me. So if you need any information or help with anything to do with property, start with Thomas Morris. You probably won't need to go any further. Thank you Robert, I was able to sleep a lot better that night without the stress of wondering how I was going to resolve the issue.
