GoogleWe just bought our first home and Thomas Merrifield were our estate agents. We could not recommend them more - no question was too stupid and Jon in particular kept the ball rolling with the solicitors on both sides. If we ever need to sell (fingers crossed not for a while!!!) we will 100% use Thomas Merrifield.

GoogleThe team at Thomas Merrifield (Bicester) were professional, personable and helpful throughout my mum's sale. We invited several estate agents to give us a valuation and Thomas Merrifield provided good advice, competitive, transparent fees (nothing hidden and no surprise extra add ons!), a beautifully presented brochure, and were always friendly in their communications which was reassuring when you imagine potential buyers getting in touch. They sold mum's house quickly and for a good price and they were supportive all the way through to completion of the sale. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe have been searching for our next home for about a year now and have used several of the local estate agencies in the village. We were fortunate to find the right home for us with Thomas Merrifield (Kidlington branch). Our experience with their agents has been superb, and we could not recommend them highly enough! While we went through the buying experience with them, I'm sure the selling experience would be just as great. We primarily worked with Graeme and Lisa, and they were always professional, courteous, kind, patient, accommodating, and helpful. We felt they went above and beyond to assist us and to stay on top of things each step of the way. Thank you to Graeme and Lisa for making this process much smoother and exciting for us!

GoogleMy wife and I moved to Oxfordshire in 2014 and purchased our home through Thomas Merrifield. Over the years, we also used their letting agency services, followed by their assistance in selling the house. Throughout the entire process, Julian and Simon provided exceptional service, professional, attentive, and reliable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend Thomas Merrifield for anyone looking for a trustworthy real estate agency in Oxfordshire.

GoogleI bought my first property with Thomas Merrifield. Overall it's been a really positive experience. Organizing the viewings was quick and easy and Lisa was very helpful showing me around. I was quite anxious as a solo first time buyer but they answered all my questions. Graeme was also really helpful during the rest of the buying process. I'm really happy with my first little flat and the agency made it a really stress-free experience. Another bonus shout-out to Graeme who personally went to the property to retrieve my mattress that had been delivered too early and carried it into the property for me, so that it was ready for me when I got the keys! 5* service thank you.
