GoogleWe have had the best experience with Thomas Merrifield. We were happy with the valuation Clint provided and they found us great buyers very quickly. Lisa has been fantastic managing our sale. It goes without saying that without her pushing things forward we would not have got to completion. They are worth every penny and we would recommend them to everyone in the area.

GoogleDelighted and most impressed by the service, efficiency and personal touch at Thomas Merrifield's Kidlington office, which simply could not have been bettered. Our first encounter was with Lisa, who showed us round the property. Having looked round about 20 properties via around 10 estate agents, Lisa was the best prepared and most knowledgeable. Having decided to buy, we were guided through the process by Julian, including some negotiations on our behalf with the vendors. He, and the whole team, were easily available at all times to deal with the many issues that buying a house bring up. Nothing was too much trouble. In sum, we cannot praise Thomas Merrifield highly enough.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house through Damien, at Thomas Merrifieldin Abingdon, and I can honestly say he was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. What started as a fairly straightforward purchase turned out to be quite complicated, but Damien remained professional, calm, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. He went above and beyond to keep things moving, kept us informed at all times, and was always available to answer questions or chase things up when needed. His dedication and commitment made a huge difference, and we genuinely felt that he cared about helping us get the right outcome. We’re extremely grateful for everything Damien did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

GoogleA big thank you to Thomas Merrifield for all of their hard work on our newest purchase! The whole team were very friendly and helpful on the occasions that I popped into the office. Andrew and Kaine were our main points of contact and both were always professional, polite and easy to work with. They kept us updated throughout the purchase and chased solicitors when things became very quiet! Even once the sale went through Andrew went above and beyond for us to make sure we could settle into our new home by sorting out a miscommunication.
