GoogleJon and the whole team did an amazing job of selling our home. After our house did not attract a single offer during the first four months with another agent, we switched to Thomas Merrifield and the difference was night and day. The whole TM team was consistently excellent on communication, team members showing the home were knowledgeable, feedback was prompt and informative, and Jon provided both regular market updates as well specific activity updates on our home throughout the process. We had two agreed offers back out before third time lucky, but Jon and the team remained as engaged, energetic and communicative as from day one. The office also communicate and work well as a team, leaving no gaps during absences . . there was never a lull or knowledge gap because someone was away. True professionals who actually work hard to find buyers, market and show the home well. Many others will promise the world and deliver little. Best estate agent experience we have ever had. Highly recommend.

GoogleThomas Merrifield staff were very attentive at the point we were exploring potential estate agents, however once they had been instructed to sell our house communication was minimal. The house sold quickly following a viewing we facilitated. Staff appeared reluctant to negotiate/communicate with the buyers on our behalf. The experience wasn’t as positive as we had experienced previously with other estate agents.

GoogleI would highly recommend Thomas Merrifield. We mainly delt with Graeme Pierce who's knowledge and experience in selling and buying property was fantastic, he made the whole experience less stressful and always kept us up to date with any developments with our sale and purchase. We were blown away with how many viewings we had booked in on our property within a few days of us going on the market! Clint, Lisa, Julian and Jo were also great when showing us around potential properties and taking our phone calls, everyone in the team were so kind and patient with us.

GoogleBuying and selling houses in frustrating and fraught with challenge that make it all very stressful. It pays to have an experienced, steady head on your side to keep you up to date and in control. That's where Graeme at Thomas Merrifield Kidlington comes in. Graeme knows the industry and the process like he invented it. He found us a buyer within a couple of weeks, guided us on the market, and allowed us to feel in control. In that nervous bit between accepting an offer and exchanging contracts, he told us what to expect and kept us informed, and where other arties were dragging their heels he was politely on them like white on rice to push them along. He cares passionately about what he does, he's done it for like, 108 years or something close, and so you're not dealing with a newbie or an empty shirt. His team are very professional also, having no doubt learned a lot from Graeme. Having dealt with 2 or 3 other estate agents in my time, for buying, selling and as a Landlord, I've experienced plenty of shoddy performance and "it can wait until next week." Not so with Graeme and the team, and they're not me expensive than the rest. Highly recommend. Why would you gamble with anything less?

GoogleWe used Thomas Merrifield for the sale of my father-in-law's house. The sale could not have gone better. First time buyers whole process took about 8 weeks. Graeme Pierce was on hand to guide us through the whole process. He was very kind and empathetic with my father-in-law who had moved into a care home. We would not hesitate to recommend working with Graeme. He was so helpful and responsive. I wish we could award 10 stars!
