Google10 out of 10. Jon and all of the team did a amazing service from start to finish. I've dealt with most esate agents in bicester over the last 2 year's and i cant recommend Thomas merrifeld enough. Very proactive and professional. We will definitely be using them again.

GoogleJust bought a house from Thomas Merrifield Wallingford. The entire team were excellent. Luke, Joe, and Tiffany were on-hand to explain the sale process throughout, and I was able to speak to them same day, on every occasion I needed (usually within an hour). We were technically ready for completion in approx 7 weeks of my offer, which was largely facilitated by the TM team being 'on it' and pointing out things we needed to have ready, even before solicitors asked, etc. The services (eg solicitor and financial advisor) they recommended were also excellent - and seemed to offer reasonable value. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TM Wallingford; they are a highly competent and trustworthy team.

GoogleAfter interviewing 3 estate agents we chose Thomas Merrifield to sell our home in Chalgrove after being very impressed with Luke’s approach. Our house sold within 4 working days which speaks for itself really in terms of the approach taken, Luke knew we wanted to sell quickly given we were offering on a property. We had excellent contact throughout and whilst our move and purchase were extremely bumpy with numerous issues, we were always supported. With Luke on holiday in the final stages Joe took over and kept everything moving, even stepping in to deal with issues that weren’t something that an estate agent should be dealing with! An excellent team that we would sell with again.

GoogleWe are about to complete on our first home. The team at Thomas Merrifield have been outstanding. I would like to give particular mention to Kaine. He helped us through the process, always making himself available to support us , give us advice and made what some may consider a stressful process very smooth and stress-free. He made sure that we had a contact in case he was out of office. Everybody we spoke to was kind, considerate and overall just very, very nice! Communication was great throughout. We can't praise the team enough- thank you so much for all of your help, you have been a pleasure to work with.

GoogleNow we have been in our new home nearly 4 months I felt it was time to big up Thomas Merrifield Abingdon particularly Kaine, Andrew, Helen and Sandra who all made us feel relaxed about the whole thing, our old home was sold in 6 days...over asking price and that was awesome, after 26 years we were naive and nervous about the whole process but Kaine went above and beyond and his professionalism was impeccable... I was sad when we had completed as Thomas Merrifield had been a constant in our lives for a few months!! I can't recommend them enough from valuation to viewings to help with surveys and right up to completion they were awesome 👏 Now we have our project house and are busy putting our stamp on it (and dealing with clouds of brick dust!!) I'd like to say we won't be needing Thomas Merrifield again but.... never say never 😉

GoogleWhat a difference! We had a terrible experience trying to sell with another main local agent, who seemed unable to get the house details right or provide useful feedback after viewings. When Thomas Merrifield took over, we had offers within days! The sales team are experienced and proactive - no weekend part timers and I am convinced that their professional and friendly approach is the reason they found the ideal buyer for us. Once the sale was agreed, they continued to work on our behalf to ensure everything went to plan and it was reassuring to get regular progress updates from Glyn (no generic automated emails). I had assumed that marketing a property these days is all about the online advert, but Thomas Merrifield found our buyer before the advert went live! It's been a revelation to see the difference that a competant agent can make.
