GoogleGraeme Pierce at Thomas Merrifield, Kidlington is a top, top professional. Estate Agents have traditionally taken a lot of stick with their fees being seen as easily earned. Not on this occasion. Graeme managed a difficult sales process with patience, with calmness and with superb people skills. Graeme earned every penny of the fee he charged, overcoming several obstacles and using the experience he has accumulated to assuage the various personalities within a complex chain. I am a GP super fan!!

GoogleWe recently instructed Thomas Merrifield when we were looking for an agent to sell our property in Wallingford. Joe, Luke and Tiffany have all proved to us that we made the very best choice in selecting them for the job. From the outset, they were professional, attentive and very responsive - replying to all calls, messages and emails on the same day. They matched us with the perfect buyers and the sale proceeded at speed. They answered our queries, managed all the viewings, and pointed us in the direction of all the relevant people to support our sale and removal. Nothing was too much trouble. The sale went through smoothly leaving both sellers and buyers extremely satisfied. I would definitely use their agency again and recommend them most highly to others. An enormous 'thank you' to the whole team.

From the outset, Kaine was highly professional, responsive, and clearly committed to ensuring the transaction progressed as smoothly as possible. What stood out most was his reliability and communication. He kept me consistently informed at every stage of the process, was quick to respond to queries, and was proactive in following up with all parties involved. This level of engagement made a significant difference in what can often be a complex and time-sensitive transaction. Kaine demonstrated a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and coordinated effectively between solicitors, the seller, and other stakeholders. Even when delays arose outside of his control, he remained calm, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, helping to keep momentum and avoid unnecessary hold-ups. Overall, I would highly recommend Kaine to anyone going through a property purchase. His professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to seeing the deal through make him a real asset to Thomas Merrifield.

GoogleWe sold my mother’s house through this firm. As a house on an eco-estate which we weren’t very familiar with, it was good to have their specialist knowledge and experience to lean on at times. Very professional and courteous and all the things you’d expect, but that little bit of extra know-how was really useful when we really needed it.

This was not an easy sale to progress, Graeme was spinning lots of plates, in a difficult chain, including keeping me up to date with information as and when I needed it. When i had questions about the process he was patient in explaining things to me. His communication via phone, voice mail and email has been first class.
