GoogleWe saw a house come on the market we were very keen to purchase, Graeme and team got our house on the market and sold within a week, and got our offer accepted on the house we wanted. Through the whole process, which had its complications, Graeme was absolutely on the case keeping everyone informed, and keeping things moving in the right direction. I honestly don't think we'd have got through the whole process without him. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks again Graeme and the rest of the team.

GoogleExcellent service from Clint the team.
Very professional approach, combined with regular and frequent communication. Attractive promotional material led to a large number of viewings within days, followed by a very positive offer. We were kept informed at every step of the process and Clint ensured that the buyer's solicitors and mortgage company were "encouraged" to move as fast as possible.
I'd definitely use Thomas Merrifield again.

GoogleSo lovely and helpful. It is early days in our tenancy but we are really happy to be staying in one of their managed properties - Lily, especially, has gone above and beyond. The previous tenant had covid anxiety and they were really understanding of this and it's left us feeling very safe and secure. They don't have many properties but if you're interested in one of theirs I really do recommend - the whole process between being interested in a property and actually moving in was completely pain free!

GoogleI needed to get some information about the landlord of a property next to my own. It took a phenomenally long time to get a response from Thomas Merrifield Lettings -- several phone calls, emails, and a personal visit to one of their offices. I did finally get the information, but the experience was frustrating. I think my first few emails went into some black hole email inbox.

GoogleI have been hugely impressed by my recent experience with Thomas Merrifield.
From the beginning of the process arranging viewings, the team were very amenable to last minute requests and updates and Jon Warrell in particular has been a fantastic support throughout. I cannot fault his professionalism and conscientiousness.
As first time buyers, the process can seem a little daunting with a lot of legal jargon to understand, however Jon was available and happy to help provide clarity where required.
The customer service provided by the whole team has exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend Thomas Merrifield, Bicester in future. Thank you so much for all the help and support.

GoogleThomas Merrifield have just successfully completed the final completion on our new build site Meadow View, Arncott.
I would like to say that the team led by Jon Warrell have done an amazing job throughout the whole sales process, from valuations at the off plan stage right the way through to handing over the keys on the final plot.
Whilst achieving in excess of the initial estimates on the site value, they were also very communicative throughout with updates after each and every viewing, something I feel is extremely important.
So thank you to Jon and his amazing team for doing such a fantastic job!PositiveProfessionalism
