GoogleWe purchased a property with Thomas Merrifield earlier this summer and Sandra & Phil were fantastic. It was a slightly tricky purchase with many ups and downs but through it all they were very supportive, always helpful and consummate professionals whilst never losing the human touch. They are a credit to their company and to the industry. We would recommend them 100%. Thank you so much Sandra & Phil, you are both amazing!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleGraeme and his team were great, very helpful, good communication, their valuation was close to the purchase price achieved when another local Kidlington estate agent severely undervalued the property, competitive fees, nothing was too much trouble, sympathetic when dealing with a probate property making a difficult time more bearable, would highly recommendPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleClint and his team recently helped OXON Property Search with a client's investment purchase in Kidlington. Despite being new build there were various complicated lease matters which required understanding and negotiation. Clint and team were on hand throughout to steer these negotiations, thankfully to a successful conclusion. Our client now looks forward to completing on their new acquisition in early June.

GoogleIf only all house sales could be as smooth, stress free and as easy as Graham at Thomas Merrifield made it, life would be much more simple! Thank you so much for all of your help and for going above and beyond to help us out. I couldn’t recommend Thomas Merrifield, and particularly Graham, any more.

GoogleWe have always had a very pleasant experience with Thomas Merrifield, Kidlington. During both our sale 7 years ago and purchase this year, they had the same lovely working attitude of being “open and honest” which made things much easier during the stress of moving house. I am always grateful for the Thomas Merrifield Kidlington staffs and wish them all the best!

GoogleI have no hesitation in giving Kidlington branch of Merryfield a 5 star rating. All through our sale they have been superb. Graeme went above and way beyond in dealing with a very slow and not very efficient conveyancing firm. These are the best state agents I've experienced. Thank you!!

GoogleGraeme, Lisa and Clint are a real asset. Graeme arrived with a full market research package of houses in our area and priced just right. Lisa and Clint were hot off the blocks and we sold within weeks. Graeme and Lisa sped things along when things slowed down and negotiated completion on our behalf. Above and beyond. Thoroughly impressed and thankful. An excellent team.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI would highly recommend Thomas Merrifield to anyone buying or selling a home. Our estate agent Graeme has been attentive, hard working and a proactive during the whole process of buying our first home. When buying your first home there are a lot of things you learn along the way and Graeme has been so helpful in explaining and providing his experience to better my understanding. Without the help from him and Thomas Merrifield this could of been a stressful and daunting process. Thank you all.

GoogleGraeme valued my property and calculated a sale price with a view to obtaining a little higher once interested parties had viewed. His strategy worked inordinately well as the final.bid was well.in excess of both mine and his expectations. The service experienced from the entire team at Kidlington was absolutely superb. A first class, polite and extremely professional sales team. The property was on market for an exact week before if was SOLD stc. From there the whole process ran smoothly with Graeme and his team.giving regular updates and advising where necessary. ...A massive well.done to the entire Kidlington team. I recommend Thomas Merrifield (Kidlington) to any potential client, whether buying or selling.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have recently bought a lovely house in Yarnton with help of Thomas Merrifield team. It was a new experience for us and we had a lot of questions. Graeme was very patient and extremely helpful with all our enquiries and explained all in detail. He communicated with the solicitors involved and kept us to to date on any progress. The sale went very smoothly for us. I would highly recommend this agency for anyone who is willing to sell/buy a property.
