GoogleI found the whole experience from initial valuation right through to final sale to be superbly professional, not just from Graeme but the entire team at Thomas Merrifield. From realistic, sensible, achievable valuation, following up buyers right through to completion. Despite me being away from the property, Thomas Merrifield were happy to go the extra mile and take care of everything in my absence. If you are buying or selling in the area, I couldn't recommend TM highly enough.

GoogleFrom start to finish Clint Lonergan and Graeme Pierce listened to how I wanted to handle my sale and purchase process and respected my wishes. It was not a straightforward process and they had to wait a long time for their fee. Nonetheless, they remained responsive, supportive and never applied pressure at any stage. I was very impressed by the service, especially from Graeme who oversaw the majority of the process. I couldn't recommend them more.

GoogleWe had two estate agents in to value mums house, Graeme stood out a mile, his market knowledge, clear thinking and concise attitude put us at ease. With 47 years in the same house and so many memories, it was always going to be a difficult move for my mum, Graeme treated her with total empathy, being a keen gardener, he was able to share his passion to ease mums anxiety while we chatted. His valuation was spot on, we quickly and easily went from valuation to sale, meaning mum did not have a long, anxious, drawn out process. I can not recommend Graeme and his team enough, having dealt with many estate agents on both sides of the process, they stood out a mile. Thank you Graeme and team, mum is happily settled in with us and we are looking forward to many days gardening together xxx

GoogleMy partner and I have used the services of the lettings team in Oxford to rent out our property, and have had nothing but a great experience with them. They always find pleasant tenants and quickly too, which ensures we don’t have any void periods. Very knowledgable, professional and supportive. Will never use anybody else to rent our properties!

Jon and Sharon in particular - I felt like I had Sharon on my side the whole way through especially nearing the end when solicitors made life a little stressful!
