Their valuation reflected the quality of the house and ensured we got a good price and a quick sale - Jon was confident in his valuation and this paid off. He was very patient in addressing all the obstacles that seemed to come our way. Even before meeting us he had done his homework and presented us with detailed information of the house and its surrounds that would be needed to market the property. GoogleMy experience of Graeme Pearce and the people at Thomas Merrifield was undoubtably five star. Graeme did a faultless job when selling of my Kidlington Property. From the first meeting Graeme was the consummate professional. Graeme's understanding of the property market enabled him to present his valuation supported by a portfolio of sold and unsold properties. Graeme was totally honest with buyers and myself when offers were received. Then when the sale appeared to be faltering Graeme stepped in and managed all parties to a successful completion. I unreservedly recommend Graeme Pearce at Thomas Merrifield.

The whole sales process went very smoothly from start to finish. We then dealt with his colleague Lisa from the viewings through to completion. She was extremely professional and very good at communicating and keeping us up to date throughout. GoogleIf there were more than 5 stars David would have got them. From the start of the marketing through to the completion David was on top of it. He gave us regular updates, responded quickly to our queries, called and emailed when he said he would and provided support through what is, frankly, a stressful process. He was pro-active in finding out what was happening with the other sales in our chain, which was very reassuring. He balances being thoroughly professional and very approachable and it evident he is very passionate and dedicated in his work and to provide the best he can for both the buyer and seller. Additionally we spoke to other members of the branch who were also professional and helpful. I've already recommended David to my friend.
