GoogleWe were so impressed with the way Thomas Merrifield handled our sale from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with were very helpful, whether it was viewings, feedback, keys etc. Always kept us in the loop throughout the process, we never had to chase them for anything!! A huge thank you to Jon and the team, they made selling a stress free experience!

GoogleWhat an absolutely bunch of lying people in this company, I phoned to make a booking to view a property. They told me to ring the next day. I ring the next day and they then tell me the properties fully booked for viewings. absolutely scum of the Earth, why waste peoples time. Stick it where the sun don’t shine. I’ll take my money elsewhere

GoogleGraeme Pierce gives outstanding customer service with close attention to detail and as an executor I needed hand holding through the process, so I would thoroughly recommend Thomas Merryfield and will certainly use them again should the need arise.

GoogleA great big thank you to Jon and the team for selling my property. From my first meeting with Jon it was obvious he has a good knowledge of the area and my property. Then thanks to all the ladies who arranged the viewings and gave me feedback a few days later. Jon always spent the time to explain the technicalities of the sale process, and discuss the offers without any pressure for a rush decision. Overall very professional , friendly and reliable. 100% recommended

GoogleA quite outstanding experience from start to finish. I was selling a house as part of the execution of a will while living some distance away, but Graeme and his team ensured that the whole process went very smoothly. At my initial meeting with Graeme, he clearly demonstrated his knowledge and experience of the local property market and at no point during what was quite a difficult and protracted sale process did I ever doubt that I had chosen the best agent to handle the property sale. Graeme and Lisa handled the viewings superbly and once a buyer was found, they were very attentive in ensuring a rather slow chain of transactions proceeded to a successful exchange. On several occasions Graeme went far beyond what could be reasonably expected to help me with various issues that arose relating to the property. I am very grateful to all the staff at Thomas Merrifield Kidlington and would have no hesitation in recommending this agent.

GoogleExemplar of how the best estate agents should be. Thomas Merrifield provided us with the best service we could ask for and we recommend them highly to anyone looking to sell property, and particularly the Bicester office. We had three valuations done on the property we were selling (an old listed cottage in Launton near Bicester). We chose Thomas Merrifield as our estate agents due to the friendly yet professional approach of Jon who made the valuation and the obvious experience he and Thomas Merrifield in general had selling properties of the same type both within Launton and the surrounding area. Thomas Merrifield produced a lovely brochure for the cottage, with great pictures and description. They also posted the cottage to online property selling sites and arranged viewing days which they facilitated on our behalf. Through out the sale process, Jon kept in regular touch and at all times provided us with wise counsel without being directive and was also able to steer us through every issue that arose, and even facilitated a local craftsman to come in and do some emergency work on our behalf. He also kept in regular touch with the buyer and both our solicitors to ensure the sale kept moving forward. We also found all the staff at Thomas Merrifield to be very friendly both in person and over the phone. We were always welcomed warmly when we visited the office. Sarah even visited the cottage weekly to keep a check on it for us while it was vacant which was a great help as we were selling from south of London. We cannot rate Thomas Merrifield (Bicester) highly enough as estate agents, they went above and beyond our expectation, such that it really was a pleasure to be selling through them even through those stressful periods that occur when selling any property.

He demonstrated an incisive understanding of the local market, ensuring we got a strong, competitive offer within a matter of weeks. But he was also prompt, communicative, and a genuine pleasure to work with. All the staff at Thomas Merrifield Bicester provided superb service, including the listing photographer and the agents who gave viewings. My partner and I unreservedly recommend Thomas Merrifield to anyone selling their house in Bicester.

GoogleWe sold our house two days ago through Thomas Merrifield (Bicester). Glyn and Sharon were our main contacts - both were responsive and supportive with their advice and chasing things for us, which helped enormously in getting our sale over the line. We have moved a number of times in recent years, and did not have confidence in the other estate agents we used, so it was a refreshing change to feel totally confident in Thomas Merrifield!
