Our experience was positive, from the initial viewing, to the actual purchase with clear and timely engagement and regular updates provided. GoogleI can’t sing the praises of Tom and Chris at The Personal Agent enough. We viewed a property with them before we decided to sell with them and they were the only agent who showed up on time and was friendly and didn’t treat us as other agents had (like we were too young to have a clue). We then got various valuations for our home and TPA came the same day we enquired- again on time which seems to be an issue with other agents. They gave us a realistic valuation and weren’t patronising at all in their assessment. Once we chose to go with them a photography team came, such lovely people who were efficient and respectful and produced fantastic images and video which I’m sure is what helped to sell the property. The morning after we went on Rightmove we had viewing requests which quickly stacked up. We ended up blocking them all in to a Saturday and five days from advertising our home we had the offer we wanted! In the meantime we had our eye on a home that ticked most of our boxes but TPA went above and beyond and got in touch about a property that may suit us which hadn’t gone to market yet. We was able to view it before it was advertised and have had an offer accepted on it shortly after. It’s so refreshing to work with a team of young agents who know what they’re doing and look out for your best interests. I can’t reccomend them enough.

GoogleI’ve recently been involved with The Personal Agent in the sale of two properties. After hearing horror stories from friends of mine who used other agents, (especially the ‘on line’ agents) I was looking for an agent who I could trust with the sale of the most important assets in my life. I was recommended to use The Personal Agent and am so glad I did. They didn’t promise to get me the earth for my property, nor did they offer to work for peanuts. I’ve heard of agents who do both just to get your business. What they offered was an honest, professional service from 4 local offices with enthusiastic staff. I have to say they delivered on their promise 100%. There were a few problems along the way, (there always are), but I was made aware of these as they happened and felt comfortable that Tom and his team were fully on top of them as they occurred. Due to the regular updates throughout the transactions I was able to plan my life and have an approximate idea of when each sale would complete. Something that my friends never received from other agents!! We all know the general reputation of estate agents is not good but I can honestly say that The Personal Agent do not fall into that category and strive to provide a perfect customer experience. I can only thank them for their service and have already recommended a couple of friends of mine to use their services. Great job!!

GoogleI am a construction site manager and have been working in the Croydon area and staying hotels for long periods of time and really needed a place of my own . The first positive thing was after work most estate agents are closed but Personal agent stays open till 7pm. I went into their Banstead branch who took my details and said someone will be in touch tomorrow,. sure enough Tom contacted me the next day as promised we had a good chat regarding my circumstances and requirements and within 24 hours Tom had an apartment that ticked all the right boxes. I arranged a viewing the following day, met the landlord which in turn resulted in a moving in day just two weeks later. The paperwork and documentation required went smoothly and without complications. I would highly recommend Tom and the team at Personal Agent as they just couldn't do enough for me, the week after moving into my fantastic apartment i received a phone call from Tom asking if i was happy ? Thanks Again Tom and the Personal Agent Team !!

GooglePaul from the Stoneleigh office really helped when desperately trying to find a chain free house within my budget. We started in Worcester Park and having understood my needs quickly suggested I look in Stoneleigh also. He immediate arranged for me to view several potential properties knowing that I was up against the clock with my buyers. Thank you to him and his colleagues at the Stoneleigh office for their help. I was finally successful in keeping my buyers because of Paul’s and the other colleagues support. All the personnel at Personal agent seemed to go out of their way to accommodate me. I can only highly recommend them as a really effective and personable agency. You can trust them.

GoogleWhilst their initial approach to selling our house was met with enthusiasm and professionalism (great marketing), their client relations were very poor. They were rude to us on numerous occasions, falsely sold our property twice forcing us to lose onward purchases. They are not trust worthy and try to bully potential sellers into drastically dropping prices to keep their stats looking good. After 10 weeks with them, another Epsom agent swooped in sold our property within 3 weeks and for a fairer price.
We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us, our staff try to take a more 'personal' approach to estate agency, and we believe they are always working their hardest. We would hate to think you felt pressured during the time you worked with us to sell your home. GoogleThe team at both Stoneliegh and Ewell branch at the Personal Agent have been fantastic. After seeing a property come up online we contacted The Personal agent and were booked in for a viewing the very same day. Not only did they book us in to view the property we requested to see, but our estate agent Paul, took the initiative to show us some other similar properties in the area. This was extremely helpful, as viewing others just solidified our decision to put an offer on the house we are now calling our “forever home”! As soon as we had made our offer, Paul didn’t delay contacting the vendor and from that moment on, he was contacting us at every stage of the offer process through to the offer being accepted and finally handing over the keys on completion. Throughout the whole selling stage, we had the lovely Cat who was just great. She was our “go to” person for when we felt that things were slowing down in regards to exchanging and completing. Cat would take my calls and deal with any of my worries and concerns and would send me updates regarding any news she had heard in relation to the sale process. Both Paul and Cat were the personal touch that made what could be an extremely frustrating and stressful process, informative and relatively stress free. Thank you Personal Agent for helping us buy our new home. You won’t be seeing us for a while but if we ever do decide to sell... we shall be in touch!

There are a lot of negative connotations when it comes to estate agents, but from the very start, Charlotte went over and above in understanding our requirements and finding us suitable properties within our budget. 5 Star Service!!
