GoogleWe have never meet an Estate agent like Paul from the Stoneleigh branch he is so passionate about his work and he was a pleasure to deal with, we didn’t end up buying through The Personal Agent but we wish we would have done. Strongly recommend.

GoogleThey have made buying our first home such a positive experience! Cat took over as contact for sales support once we had our offer accepted. She was on the ball the whole time, keeping us informed and helping with the progression of the sale. 10 weeks from offer to completion would not have been achievable without her and the team!

GoogleChris (in Epsom branch) has been amazing in terms of keeping us updated and providing a honest and timely feedback, mostly surprising us as we weren't expecting to get calls from him on Sunday etc. They take their job very personal and he has really helped us through our purchase - thank you again very much Chris and your team!

They would also go above expectation when it came to our needs, always answering calls and emails immediately when needed and gave a helpful and professional approach during the process.
