GoogleThis is the first property I’ve bought and was quite apprehensive about the process due to stories from friends who used other agents and had quite a bumpy ride. Our whole experience though with the Personal Agent was really positive. John was informative, helpful and easy to communicate with. It all went so smoothly and meant the experience of buying was much less stressful than I expected.

GoogleRosie was great, really knowledgable about the areas and the properties we went to see. All the viewings went smoothly. We loved one of the properties and she was able to work out a time for our second viewing straight away. My Partner and I would completely recommend the Personal Agent.

Sarah Goddard, the Sales Progressor at The Personal Agent has been a wonderful guide for us through a protracted sales and buying process. She is a brilliant professional, being able to offer constructive, proactive advice and maintaining a reassuring calmness. She went above and beyond at every stage. We can't thank Sarah enough for being on our 'team'. If we do sell our house in the future we will certainly use The Personal Agent again as the sales process undertaken by John and Ray was great and backed up by an absolute star in Sarah. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Sarah.

Charlotte (Evans) was great in liaising with the tenants at 73 Hazon Way Epsom, forwarding details of the new washing machine to replace the old faulty washing machine. Charlotte is friendly, works fast and keeps everyone concerned updated in a timely manner. Highly recommended.
