I have been looking for a property to rent for some time and have been quite disappointed in a lot of the estate agents I’ve dealt with, they all seem to be quite rude and unhelpful. Callum at the personal agent was the complete opposite, he was super friendly, positive and helpful. He gave a lovely informative viewing and answered any questions I had. Unfortunately the property wasn’t quite right for what we were looking for but Callum was great and I couldn’t fault him!

Sarah, our Sales Progressor, worked tirelessly to ensure the success of our sale and purchase over many months in a chain with many moving parts and uncooperative third parties that was not easy to manage, and numerous obstacles that had to be overcome. Her diligence and persistence ensured a great end result. Sarah, and other colleagues that expertly handled the marketing, pricing, viewings, and sale of our property (Richard, John, Rosie, Nina, Chris, Adam, Morgan & Ray), are a credit to the company.

GoogleJust a quick note to offer my sincere thanks to Mr Chris Shaw at The Personal Agent. Other estate agents in epsom have been unsuccessful in trying to sell my property. Thankfully I then found Chris ar TPA. Chris has skillfully guided me through the somewhat tricky process of selling a leasehold apartment. At all times during the process Chris has been transparent, helpful and upbeat. Chris is a credit to both himself and TPA. If you're thinking of buying or selling a property in or around Epsom I suggest you give TPA and Chris a call - believe me you will not be disappointed with the service that you receive.
