There have been a couple of issues with the property, and Charlotte has been our contact and always keeps us updated with what’s happening. GoogleThis is the first property I’ve bought and was quite apprehensive about the process due to stories from friends who used other agents and had quite a bumpy ride. Our whole experience though with the Personal Agent was really positive. John was informative, helpful and easy to communicate with. It all went so smoothly and meant the experience of buying was much less stressful than I expected.
