Me and my partner are currently in the process of purchasing our first house. We saw a property we both liked the look of and booked a viewing with Sammy. She was an excellent help and managed to squeeze us into her very busy schedule. She was a great help answering any queries we had and made the viewing a very valuable experience. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering purchasing one of their properties.

As a buyer, I rather the assumed that The Personal Agent would be less than great (due to their fees being so much lower). Totally wrong. Absolutely as good if not better than the traditional agents. Credit to Sarah West [agent on site] and whoever took & arranged the viewing.

Sarah Goddard, I don't know if I can find the right words and to recommend her enough. Such a patient, professional dedicated and friendly estate agent I've ever met. Even if I'm not the easiest customer she was always there and helping me through all the procedures. All The Personal Agent team are very good but Sarah is the special one(lucky they have her in their team) Thank you so much for everything, really appreciate your efforts. 🌹
