John was great throughout the whole process; from viewings to completion, he was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all our queries. The team was also supportive and proactive when any issue arose, making all the relevant phone calls when necessary. We will definitely come back to them for future selling/buying properties.

GooglePersonal agent does make the customer experience outstanding ! From the arrangement of house viewing, putting an order and the follow up service, everything went so smoothly. Paul was truly exceptional. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and his fast turnaround time on all the support I need. He was willing to walk extra mile to help me as a buyer which everything is so new to me in this country. I will certainly recommend Personal agent to my friends coming from Hong Kong. Two thumbs up!

My Mum and I received a great service from Chris after finding a rental property on the Internet that we were keen to view. The entire process was seamless. Chris was always available at the end of the phone and e-mail to answer a range of questions I kept firing at him. He went out of his way on move in day to deliver keys to help us out. I would highly recommend The Personal Agent and Chris.

We needed a rental quickly due to escape of water in our house and Bradley responded straight away with 2 viewings , one the next day .. we met him , saw the property and said yes . “ you should be in in a week and a half “ I’d never believed it would happen so quickly but 10 days later we had the keys . GoogleI was impressed with the Personal Agent. Firstly, they provided some free advice and when we decided to sell they arranged an open day, liaising with our tenants, to ensure all went smoothly. The sale was agreed in a matter of days and their monitoring of the sale has kept us informed of when exchange was to take place and subsequent completion. A stressful experience was made far less so, by the team at Banstead. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

GoogleAs a Landlord, on first impressions myself and the joint owner were very impressed as they came across as professional and sold the service they were offering very well. Things changed quickly approaching the second week of advertising our property; we felt let down on communication, transparency and timing so decided to go with another agent. If you're looking for a personalised service I would unfortunately not recommend this agent.
