GoogleJNP sold my house which was a little outside of the area they normally cover in a very short time and at a good price. They were lovely to deal with and Sue kept me informed of the progress regularly and dealt with any queries raised quickly for me. I would highly recommend the whole team thank you all.

GoogleSelling your house doesn't always go easy, ours hasn't but JNP have been brilliant. They never stopped working for us to achieve our move. The harder it got, the harder they worked especially Sue with her negotiations. We have no hesitation in recommending JNP, you ask for their expertise and you will get it.

GoogleOne of the worst agents to deal with as a tenant. My deposit and over paid rent is stuck with them for week now and they still not able to clear it. Have to chase them every time with False promises. Cheap agencies are not always the best , so do avoid if possible.

I could write a very long review sharing with you the catalogue of incompetence we experienced as tenants in a property managed by JNP. However, I can summarise this & save you the agony of reading it all by saying this.Avoid JNP like the plague if you are a tenant or a landlord. All you need to know is that during our tenancy they showed an unprofessional bias towards our landlord. Even to the point that when it came to returning our deposit they supported him in his questionable claims to massive deductions against us.We went through the arbitration process - still with JNP acting on behalf of the landlord and 5 months later we finally have all of what was rightly ours reimbursed to us.
