We had a great experience with JNP throughout our home-buying journey. From the very beginning, Martin,Nathan and Lucy were extremely helpful, friendly and responsive, guiding us through the viewings and offer process and keeping everything moving smoothly. Once our offer was accepted, Janet took over and was fantastic throughout the sale. She kept us updated at every stage, communicated with the seller on our behalf and helped resolve any queries quickly, which made a big difference during what can be a stressful process. We really appreciated how professional, approachable and supportive the whole JNP team were. They made the entire process feel much more straightforward and well managed. I would highly recommend Jan from the JNP conveyancing progression team as she was there at the end of a phone or email when we needed clarification or advice. I would just like to give a massive shout out to Martin in your High Wycombe sales team. I had been disappointed in losing out on 2 properties which Martin tried his very best to secure for me without success. I found a property through another agent and was almost at the end of the process when Martin called me to say he had another property coming up where I wanted to be. I thought this was amazing that he thought of giving me a random call to advise me of this. Great experience with JNP. Our journey started with Nathan and Naz, who were both helpful, responsive and kept the sales process moving from our first viewing through to our offer being accepted. Once we were under offer, Lisa took over and did a fantastic job managing the sale; keeping us updated at every stage, liaising with the seller on our behalf, and helping resolve queries quickly so nothing held things up. WARNING TO ALL TENANTS, Extremely Concerning Experience with JNP High Wycombe This review is based entirely on documented events and first-hand experience. As of 24 November 2025, a mother and her two children were placed in a property managed by JNP High Wycombe that had no electricity and no gas. Temperatures were below freezing, making the home uninhabitable under even the most basic housing standards. Despite the property being impossible to live in, the family was still expected to continue paying rent, even though they physically could not occupy the home. They were told at one stage that they could terminate the contract due to the lack of essential utilities, yet the situation has been prolonged with no clear resolution and ongoing pressure. Even more concerning, they were advised they needed to pay council tax on this uninhabitable property. This is deeply troubling and completely at odds with what any reasonable tenant would expect when a home does not meet habitability requirements. Communication from the agency has been dismissive, slow, and lacking urgency, despite the family’s vulnerable situation and the serious risks posed by living without heating or power. Instead of prioritising tenant safety, the process has been confusing, stressful, and unnecessarily drawn out. To be clear: I am not accusing JNP High Wycombe of criminal activity. I am stating the facts of what has occurred and expressing legitimate concerns about how this situation has been handled. These events raise serious questions about: • tenant safety practices • duty of care • compliance with basic housing standards • communication and fairness to renters • whether procedures are being followed correctly This review is written to warn others: exercise extreme caution before renting through JNP High Wycombe. Evidence of this situation is being documented and given to the appropriate legal professionals so the proper channels can address it. I strongly encourage potential tenants to check additional Google Reviews, as similar concerns have been raised by others. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend JNP High Wycombe.

I have rented my property with JNP for the last 2.5 years, I have had nothing but issues with them, they charge through the nose for call outs, that were not authorised, they withhold rent, and funds due to lack of correct internal communications, and even when they have not stuck to their side of the contract, they manage somehow to keep you in contract, purely because they found a tenant, even after the 1st full year of tenancy. They absolutely do not earn the money they charge, and I would never rent or sell with them again.

Fantastic experience, we are so glad we chose JNP to sell our home! Right from the initial valuation, through to completion, the entire team were professional, accommodating to our needs and very understanding.
