Googlehad a viewing 2 weeks ago for a flat on London road. I am looking to moving into my first home which is very exciting. Had a gent called Samuel Archer show us the property. I can honestly say I am very disappointed. Not only was he late, when we were there... he basically acted like he did not care. He did not know much about the property and when he promised to answer our questions from a follow up email, he never did. I am trying to view another apartment through JNP tomorrow and Samuel answered the phone again. He is not trying to cancel the appointment (email proof can be shown) I cannot say much about JNP as a whole, however please avoid him. It was very sad just seeing how he did not care

GoogleWe wanted to sell, initially we were told that our property would attract alot of potential buyers and that it would take a predicted 6-8 months to find suitable buyers. When they come to value your property they will try and convince you that they'll do a good job however upon using their services we realised that JNP are highly inefficient and unprofessional. They will not vet viewers prior to making appointments & match suitable buyers with your property. They don't give you feedback post viewings so that you can have constructive criticism to make your property more appealing to potential buyers. They will then continue to tell you that the market is slow whilst other properties in your area will sell the only difference is that they have listed their property with proactive agents. JNP are not proactive. In conclusion listing your property with JNP is a complete and utter waste of time. Please find a suitable alternative and do not make the same mistake we did!

GoogleMy son purchased his first flat via JNP and the post offer service from them has been amazing - particularly Lisa Smith who has always been there to push the sale along and help negotiate the hurdles and challenges we faced. We ourselves were not the easiest of buyers yet Lisa remained positive and her tenacity helped us get to exchange eventually. Whilst giving the review 5-stars, I have done that purely on Lisa's performance (she is an asset to JNP) however would have knocked half a star off if possible as our first contact / offer experience wasn't that great. JNP sales number was nearly always busy and they didn't always call us back; they sent someone to show us the property on their first day who didn't have a clue about the flat etc; and when we made the offer they forced us to pay £72 to carry out ID checks and wouldn't either allow us to provide ID checks via our solicitor (who charged £14) nor proceed with accepting our offer until we carried out this check via them.

JNP Estate Agents were fantastic is selling our property. We had a unique two bed cluster house, which was always going to be a difficult sale, we had 50+ viewings over the winter but every week JNP managed to find more customers to come and view. Always on time very smart and always always gave feedback on the property viewings. The whole of the sales team were top notch, Mitch, Naz, Caroline & Nathan really helped get clients through our door. Martin I felt was the gem in the business, helpful & honest, we felt he understood our circumstances and really tried to support us. I ended up speaking Martin almost every day for 2 months & he was very cheerful & positive every time we did, which really went a long way for us especially after the 30th viewing in winter. Lisa in the sale progression team, was also super helpful & really nice. She met our ambitious expectations of a quick sale to avoid the stamp duty increase. She managed to do it with a week spare! UPDATE1 30/01/25 As of todays date I have still yet to receive any of my deposit. Especially after reaching out to the contacts that JNP has left in this reply. UPDATE2 30/01/25 After contacting JNP again, there seems to be an issue with their process and certain people within the business who action them. I would like to thank Sam and Chloe for talking the time to look into this matter regarding my deposit. UPDATE3 30/01/25 Funds have been received. I would not recommend JNP Lettings due to their unacceptable handling of my tenancy deposit return, despite on-time payments and no issues from my tenancy. I moved out of the property in December 2024, and despite the legal requirement to return the deposit within 10 days, I am still waiting over 4 weeks later!!
