Excellent service - Nick was keen to lend a hand with the final prepping of the house when viewings took place (he even did some hoovering for me), the team were accommodating with our nervous pet who was recovering from illness in the early days of viewings, and Sue was fabulous helping us navigate from first offer through to the point of exchange, helping things move as smoothly and quickly as possible. WARNING TO ALL TENANTS, Extremely Concerning Experience with JNP High Wycombe This review is based entirely on documented events and first-hand experience. As of 24 November 2025, a mother and her two children were placed in a property managed by JNP High Wycombe that had no electricity and no gas. Temperatures were below freezing, making the home uninhabitable under even the most basic housing standards. Despite the property being impossible to live in, the family was still expected to continue paying rent, even though they physically could not occupy the home. They were told at one stage that they could terminate the contract due to the lack of essential utilities, yet the situation has been prolonged with no clear resolution and ongoing pressure. Even more concerning, they were advised they needed to pay council tax on this uninhabitable property. This is deeply troubling and completely at odds with what any reasonable tenant would expect when a home does not meet habitability requirements. Communication from the agency has been dismissive, slow, and lacking urgency, despite the family’s vulnerable situation and the serious risks posed by living without heating or power. Instead of prioritising tenant safety, the process has been confusing, stressful, and unnecessarily drawn out. To be clear: I am not accusing JNP High Wycombe of criminal activity. I am stating the facts of what has occurred and expressing legitimate concerns about how this situation has been handled. These events raise serious questions about: • tenant safety practices • duty of care • compliance with basic housing standards • communication and fairness to renters • whether procedures are being followed correctly This review is written to warn others: exercise extreme caution before renting through JNP High Wycombe. Evidence of this situation is being documented and given to the appropriate legal professionals so the proper channels can address it. I strongly encourage potential tenants to check additional Google Reviews, as similar concerns have been raised by others. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend JNP High Wycombe.

Landlords Avoid

I have rented my property with JNP for the last 2.5 years, I have had nothing but issues with them, they charge through the nose for call outs, that were not authorised, they withhold rent, and funds due to lack of correct internal communications, and even when they have not stuck to their side of the contract, they manage somehow to keep you in contract, purely because they found a tenant, even after the 1st full year of tenancy. They absolutely do not earn the money they charge, and I would never rent or sell with them again.

Phenomenal work from JNP. We gave them the challenge of selling our property after we'd moved to the other side of the world. Throughout the whole process, operating with significant time differences etc. Sue and the team were on top form. At all times I felt like I understood where things were at. I also felt like I understood our buyers and their motivations throughout, which really helped during what can be a stressful process for all parties. Things did get a little warm towards the end as we were edging close to the new financial year, but that was mostly down to the solicitors and the fun and games with sending documents across the globe. But, thankfully, with lots of help from the JNP team, it worked out in the end to the satisfaction of everyone involved. Great work and highly recommended.

Not your stereotypical estate agents. From start to finish, the team here were friendly, proactive and actually made it feel like they were genuinely wanting to help, vs there to do a job. As a buyer in the process with JNP, (so technically not their client), I felt supported the whole way through, this was particularly thanks to Sue. With her help we were able to go from offer acceptance to completion in just under 7 weeks. Nothing felt like too much effort when asking for help and she maintained a great communication channel. JNP Estate Agents were fantastic is selling our property. We had a unique two bed cluster house, which was always going to be a difficult sale, we had 50+ viewings over the winter but every week JNP managed to find more customers to come and view. Always on time very smart and always always gave feedback on the property viewings. The whole of the sales team were top notch, Mitch, Naz, Caroline & Nathan really helped get clients through our door. Martin I felt was the gem in the business, helpful & honest, we felt he understood our circumstances and really tried to support us. I ended up speaking Martin almost every day for 2 months & he was very cheerful & positive every time we did, which really went a long way for us especially after the 30th viewing in winter. Lisa in the sale progression team, was also super helpful & really nice. She met our ambitious expectations of a quick sale to avoid the stamp duty increase. She managed to do it with a week spare! Criminally Poor Deposit Return Process

UPDATE1 30/01/25 As of todays date I have still yet to receive any of my deposit. Especially after reaching out to the contacts that JNP has left in this reply. UPDATE2 30/01/25 After contacting JNP again, there seems to be an issue with their process and certain people within the business who action them. I would like to thank Sam and Chloe for talking the time to look into this matter regarding my deposit. UPDATE3 30/01/25 Funds have been received. I would not recommend JNP Lettings due to their unacceptable handling of my tenancy deposit return, despite on-time payments and no issues from my tenancy. I moved out of the property in December 2024, and despite the legal requirement to return the deposit within 10 days, I am still waiting over 4 weeks later!!
