From the very beginning, Martin,Nathan and Lucy were extremely helpful, friendly and responsive, guiding us through the viewings and offer process and keeping everything moving smoothly. Once our offer was accepted, Janet took over and was fantastic throughout the sale. GoogleOriginally I wasn't informed about the money laundering check and whats involved. JNP have now called to explain the reasons, i have done a little investigation into this. Charges are usually between £30.00 and £80 being the top. My daughter who is selling has been charged the bottom price.

As Mark Prior, our Assistant Branch Manager, has since explained, identity and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks are a legal requirement. Every JNP client must complete an independent check through LifeTimeLegal (LTL), our accredited compliance partner, as part of our legal and regulatory obligations. The fee is for the independent verification service provided by LTL and is separate from our estate agency fees. While we appreciate you may have found alternative services at a lower cost, our compliance checks must be completed through our designated process and the cost is the same for all our clients.

GoogleThe sale of my house went very smoothly and throughout the process, from marketing with attractive photos to securing a solid offer to purchase my house, I felt very supported. The staff at JNP were always on hand to address any issues that arose and provide support. They accommodated repeat visits by my buyers and even assisted in sourcing a gardener while my property was on the market. We initially spoke with Caroline when we called to enquire about a property that had just hit the market and again when our offer had been accepted. She was friendly and professional, just as excited about the home move process as we were. We were then introduced to Lisa on the sales progression team who was just fantastic, she really kept us up to date with absolutely everything and our chain was extremely tricky involving 6 properties! GoogleExcellent service - Nick was keen to lend a hand with the final prepping of the house when viewings took place (he even did some hoovering for me), the team were accommodating with our nervous pet who was recovering from illness in the early days of viewings, and Sue was fabulous helping us navigate from first offer through to the point of exchange, helping things move as smoothly and quickly as possible. Also great at liaising with the other part of my move - buying via another estate agent. Move day is only 2 weeks away now :)
