Fantastic experience, we are so glad we chose JNP to sell our home! Right from the initial valuation, through to completion, the entire team were professional, accommodating to our needs and very understanding. Mitchell was the most professional agent when we were guaging initial valuations, while Mat provided us with excellent quality photos. Caroline always ensured we were well informed about feedback from viewings. Naz delivered great viewings and eventually navigated us through the initial process of accepting our offer. Once we had accepted , Janet was great at keeping us upto date with the progress of our sale, as well as being an avenue of contact between us and our buyer. We felt that the entire team really supported us through a process which can be extremely daunting- and they did it with compassion and sincerity. Whilst Sue was our sales progressor, the dots were “joined” by Matthew (essentially a house swap). We also had cause to speak to Nick during the process when we experienced a little delay and were chasing for updates. All those we spoke to were pleasant and helpful, throughout the process.
