GoogleCalled to view a property practically as soon as it got put on the property sites and booked a viewing only for them to cancel less then 24 hours later as they have an application already, yet viewings were taking place tomorrow (Thursday 23rd of June) so how do people actually get a look in? So unfair! You should at least give everyone who’s seriously interested a chance! Was completely mugged off by this company. Stay away!

GoogleWith moving house being very stressful, Justine (our letting agent) was very helpful in making the process as smooth as possible. It was easy to contact her and she was eager to help out wherever possible. We had no contact with the landlord so Justine was there throughout the whole process and was easy to contact whenever necessary.

GoogleAfter a fruitless afternoon looking for a suitable rental I spoke to a wonderful agent called Jackie at Sutton Kersh whos friendlieness shone through (despite the fact that property I was interested in had gone) She promised to keep me in mind for future properties and she was great!

GooglePreviously wrote a 5 star review but now all the service has gone out the window! We currently rent a property off them, they agreed we could pay on the day but rang and rang me and partner days before; asking for payment - with no apology when the caller released she was in the wrong and kept saying ‘oh I’ll have to speak to my manager as it’s not how we usually do things’ like my partner was lying about the agreement with their staff! We moved into a property with gas already in debt so we couldnt get a hot shower no help or info from anyone! House is falling apart, with leaks and broken toilets. Shame, as the service when the they wanted us to rent was fab

Cliona Collins was very proficient in her handling of the sale, the progression was rapid and nothing seemed to difficult to accomplish, to say that I am pleased is an understatement.

I was looking for a rental property and from my initial enquiry about a viewing right through to me getting my keys today I've received nothing but prompt and helpful responses and updates. GoogleI had to sell my mums flat for her and chose Sutton Kersh as she had previously bought the flat via them. From the initial valuation visit to the final handover of the keys to the buyer took less than 3 months and that included Christmas and New Year. The agents very quickly lined up multiple accompanied visits and within days of being shown a buyer was found. I was kept informed at all stages of the process by the friendly sales progression team. He is a helpful and professional agent, He always show up earlier at the property and share the house information thoroughly and clearly. He closely follow up our house viewing and rental issue.
