Put in to view a property that has been reduced, so they are obviously struggling to sell. Wait time to view the property is 7 days, despite that fact I literally work across the road from the property. Really wouldn't be happy if I was the vendor and knew there were such delays at viewing my propertyOn top of this, they didn't even have a record of lease and service chargesReally poor

GoogleKayleigh handles my houses for me, we've had some struggles with various tenants and she's always done as much as possible to sort things out for me while keeping me informed every step of the way. Breath of fresh air compared to previous companies I've used. Would definitely recommend

GoogleSutton Kersh is just another company trying to bully and scam its less informed customers. I have never seen a company try and be so dishonest with their customers to the point of just lying in order to try and squeeze profit out of me. Their agent tried to force me to stay after a fixed term tenancy was over by trying to convince me it was the law that we give a month's notice, or they would still charge us this month's rent. All of which isn't true and was just a pathetic attempt to extract more money from their customers. When questioned about this they continued to try and defend their position that we had to pay, and it was only when I got a solicitor involved they backed down. They also lack basic knowledge of the housing act and become rude if not hostile when it is quoted to them. Overall, if you want an estate agent you can trust this is not the place, be very wary as they will try to get money off you in any way they can and display a lack of professionalism.

GoogleI have dealt with Sutton Kersh in all capacities, with rental & sales. What I love about both teams is the due care they give to their clients, prompt responses and nothing ever being too much trouble. So when credit is due it’s nice to put in writing for all to see. As a client for over 15 years I would never use anyone else, Kayleigh Chadwick & Sue Coulthard & Nick Hunt to name a few have always assisted with our rental portfolio, I can’t thank them enough. Nothing is ever too much and service is always with a warm welcome & going that extra mile. Recently I’ve used the Sales Team, again bug thanks to Michael Carden & Callum who have been fab. Having dealt with other agents these certainly surpass any other! So a massive thank you team !!!credit where due!! We will continue to use you throughout our rental portfolio & new sale. Brilliant service every time!!

They both have a very good knowledge of Liverpool and they have been able to rent our properties out above market value within just 2 days! GoogleI've dealt with Kayleigh and Sue at Sutton Kersh (West Derby branch) over the past 18m months or so as a landlord renting a property from a distance. During this time they have been so helpful both in getting the property renovated and rented. The level of service has been excellent and the care that they have taken has been outstanding.
