Definitely by far the best estate agents I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Hannah was my first port of contact to arrange a viewing and was professional and very helpful in assisting with this. I met Brian at the property and he showed me around. He was so helpful and friendly and only too happy to answer any questions I had. He had a lovely calming nature and it made viewing the property a pleasure. On proceeding with the property, I had the pleasure of dealing with David who was very helpful, professional and lovely in guiding me through my next steps in application. David was very helpful, professional and most importantly friendly with booking the viewing and making sure we had a smooth moving in process. It’s taken us a while to write this review but just wanted to say thank you to Sutton Kersh for their support on selling our home. We worked with Sutton Kersh for 2 years as we navigated difficult life circumstances that involved having to withdraw the house from the market then re-list it. We entered the market in April 2022 in very different circumstances and the team at Sutton Kersh worked tirelessly to find us a suitable buyer for our house. They supported us when experiencing buyers pulling out and each time got the house quickly re-listed and got us lots of viewings. Cliona Collins was the game changer for us in terms of the sale and made it her personal mission to get us a good quality buyer and get the sale over the line! Cliona is very driven and personable- it’s very important when an agent speaks regularly to clients on the phone but also is honest and doesn’t give false promises. Cliona delivers on this. Molly was also fabulous through in the post sales progression team 👏👏👏

Both were super professional and very helpful (not pushy in any way, and clued up on the property before our first viewing).
