Less than useless. How am I supposed to move if I don't have a property?

This company is such a useless bunch. Told us we have to go in person to viewings when we don't live in the city and are trying to move there. Then sigh down the phone at you when you say that. They don't offer virtual viewings which is a TOTAL oversight because how are we supposed to move there if we can't get there. Here is an actual conversation I had:"Well maybe once you've moved to the city, we can organise a viewing.""And how do you suppose I move to the city if I have nowhere to live?" And then I was hung up on.How embarrassing for a letting company to not offer this. They actively try to not get their properties let out and you'll be lucky to get through to them at all. What a mess.

The team are all very proactive and responsive, going over and above to look after their clients interests. The team always acted as the perfect middle point between buyer and seller. As a buyer, Sutton kersh is not a great estate agent. My experience has been that they lie their way through the communication. If they don’t like you, they won’t put your offer in a positive light. They tell you that a certain price is what the seller is looking for, then they tell you it not all about the money once you give that price. And instead prioritise other offers even though your offer is the highest. Even though I’m a FT buyer. Just be wary when dealing with this EA

With moving house being very stressful, Justine (our letting agent) was very helpful in making the process as smooth as possible. It was easy to contact her and she was eager to help out wherever possible. This estate agent is only interested in supporting first time buyers … not interested in where vendors are going to live. Since the sale of my house few weeks ago , I have placed several offers on houses and not been successful . The agent constantly contacted me to find out what we are doing . They allow first time buyers to constantly push vendors . The first time buyers did land Registered search on my property in the first week ! I couldn’t believe this !!. They constantly allow first time buyers to dictate Timescales , when a vendor is still trying to find a new property. They just care money ! I went with this company on recommendation and highly regret this decision . I am now in the position of being pushed to find a new house asap ! I would not recommend using them , as they put nothing but stress onto vendors .
