TrustpilotShocking way to do business
I went to view a house. Rang up the next day which was Saturday six times due to answer machine being on in the LIverpool City Centre Branch to put an offer in for it. When I eventually got through to Mary- Kate I was told the property was owned by a housing association and I needed to complete a form for them as they wanted to prioritise selling to someone who want to live in the property over an investor. Waited, no form.

GoogleTop-notch service delivery, every aspect of the rentals was followed to the latter in very good time. Made a promise that it is up to me if I really want to move in withen the next 7 days. True to their words from viewing to collection of the key this morning was one week. With no aspect of the process skipped. Fantastic team, always keeping to time and adopting a state of the earth cutting edge technology in service delivery. Thanks for the privilege to rent with you. You indeed exceeded my expectations. And most importantly , the professional manner Mollie Smith handled the process you are an asset. Finally, a big kudos to the office staff, looks like there is free flow of information everyone really knows who is calling for what property in most scenarios. Thanks.

They start to take fee just to join the auction. What a greed !!! They get so much commission for every sale already and now asking fee everyone who just want to make a bid. Disgusting

GoogleI have never had such bad customer support from a company. We recently purchased a property in Woolton, and from the get go the lack of communication was extremely poor. It seems they rarely answer the phones only to be told they are busy. Sorry to say but hire someone who can! They also do not return calls even when you leave messages. No one gets back to you when they say they will with questions we had. We had a young girl who made an appointment with us at 9am and then she ‘forgot’ to show up. We traveled over an hour to be there and we could not get a hold of anyone to see what had happened. Call your clients if you are late. Manage your time and please stop saying you will do something and then radio silence. It’s bad business. Overall if you are a purchaser they do not appear to have any formal best practices or proper procedures in place to make the buying process stress free. I would not recommend this location and only hope management takes the points on board and make the necessary changes. The Sutton Kersh Allerton location needs attention.
