This estate agent is only interested in supporting first time buyers … not interested in where vendors are going to live. Since the sale of my house few weeks ago , I have placed several offers on houses and not been successful . The agent constantly contacted me to find out what we are doing . They allow first time buyers to constantly push vendors . The first time buyers did land Registered search on my property in the first week ! I couldn’t believe this !!. They constantly allow first time buyers to dictate Timescales , when a vendor is still trying to find a new property. They just care money ! I went with this company on recommendation and highly regret this decision . I am now in the position of being pushed to find a new house asap ! I would not recommend using them , as they put nothing but stress onto vendors .
