Previously wrote a 5 star review but now all the service has gone out the window! We currently rent a property off them, they agreed we could pay on the day but rang and rang me and partner days before; asking for payment - with no apology when the caller released she was in the wrong and kept saying ‘oh I’ll have to speak to my manager as it’s not how we usually do things’ like my partner was lying about the agreement with their staff! We moved into a property with gas already in debt so we couldnt get a hot shower no help or info from anyone! House is falling apart, with leaks and broken toilets. Shame, as the service when the they wanted us to rent was fab

Met Sian at the property for rent.She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She showed us around the property taking her time and not rushing us at all. We were keen to go ahead with the rental and Sian got onto it straight away. Within about an hour she had contacted the owner and secured the rental for us. Great service from a lovely lady. Our experience in buying through Sutton Kersh has been seamless and amazing from start to finish! Kerrie pushed through our offer on our purchase and we really appreciated her securing our forever home 🥰 We then had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda and Gayle in the sales progression team, who despite us having numerous issues with the bottom of our chain, pushed our sale through to the very end! Just so disappointed that we didn't use Sutton Kersh as our selling agents as they were absolutely amazing, especially compared to our estate agents who we received hardly any communication from - even on our completion day!
