From the outset, whilst searching for a property, the staff have always been brilliant in helping us as new homes come onto market right the way through to the sales progression team helping us get over the line. Communication was always great, and they made what can be quite a stressful process feel really straightforward. GoogleThe rating is mainly for Jude, who helped me along the way. He was always responsive and resolved some issues that popped up. Explained the procedure well at all stages and kept me informed. In general, although some time could have been saved in the process due to unfortunate issues, the whole experience was quite solid and nice. Thank you very much.

GoogleGreat lettings agent. Got a viewing booked in within 20 minutes of a property being listed for the very next day. They were accommodating to my limited availability and Jude was very helpful at the viewing with any questions that I had. He and the rest of the team were also very quick with progressing our tenancy application. Once we had our application accepted, Caroline was very helpful with moving things forward and dealing with communications between ourselves and the landlords. Much appreciated! Would definitely recommend this lettings agent for any properties that you're interested in viewing.

GoogleI had a short time-frame where I was able to look at properties because I was not from the area and Sutton Kersh was one of the few estate agents that made room for me for a viewing on short notice. They were incredibly easy to reach, responsive, pro-active and very understanding of my situation. I felt respected as a customer, which is sadly commodity it seems when dealing with estate agents. So the property I signed for was via them and Jude in particular has been super helpful and I would recommend Sutton Kersh to anyone looking for a property in the Merseyside area!

GoogleEnquired about a viewing cant rem the girls name maybe fiona or something not 100 percent as she surprised me how awful her attitude was and didnt quite catch the name fully she was rude no communication skills did not act professional what so ever actually put me off even looking at properties through these if they have staff who ring people up with that type off approach
