Sutton Kersh - Terrible Customer Service

Upon speaking on the phone to an advisor at Sutton Kersh, I was dealt with bad customer service, seemed like they had no time for me. Also, regarding my query they were meant to get in touch with the landlord of a property and did not get back after 8 DAYS. After this I rang twice as they failed to get back in touch to let me know the landlords answer to my query. The quickest thing they done for me was put the phone down. Nothing was dealt with properly and no help was offered. Extremely poor service.
