It is a busy office with many staff but all queries are dealt with most satisfactorily and very quickly. Debbie Doyle has been fantastic and went out of her way to help with every aspect of our transactions. The lady is an absolute credit to Sutton Kersh and to the estate agency profession in general . We have dealt with many estate agents over the past 40 years both buying and selling all over the country . Sutton Kersh and in particular Debbie have proved to be the best of the lot!!! GoogleI highly recommend Sutton Kersh City Centre to anyone thinking to sell their property. Thank you Jamie & Debbie in particular for their First class customer service. Always kept me well informed, excellent communication, friendly and very professional. The process can be very stressful but Debbie has made it easier and very understandable when it comes to difficult situation. It is difficult to keep both parties happy and Debbie has done an excellent job. Jamie is an excellent negotiator with lots of local knowledge and understand the market well and try his best to satisfy. After the transaction, they helped me to find local contractor and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for all the excellent work!

GoogleSutton Kersh in Allerton rd: Just sold my recently passed away Mums house and from start to finish the professionalism of Fran D (She treated me with down to earth care and attention at a sad time in my life) and the girls in the office gave outstanding customer service. The time/effort and communication was 100% and will be recommending these guys to all my business friends and family. Strongly suggest if about to sell your property then stick with the tried and trusted estate agent method it always pays to do things properly. Other options such as the green/red/yellowbricks method (or whatever they are called) will give you a 30-60% effort and return OR go to Sutton Kersh and always get 100% result. IT MAKES SENSE TO USE A PROPER PROFESSIONAL ESTATE AGENTS AND SUTTON KERSH ARE THE BEST! Tony Standish and family

GoogleExcellent professional service throughout . Fair valuation & excellent marketing resulted in a cash buyer offering the asking price. The sales progression team are particularly impressive with a friendly yet tenacious approach to getting across the line . My solicitor was not the fastest or most proactive and SK kept up the momentum. All completed in about 3 months . Can not recommend them more highly

GoogleJulie, and all the staff at Sutton Kersh, were absolutely fantastic from start to finish of a very tricky house move. They held our tenous chain together despite all the odds thanks to their pure professionalism and fine tuned interpersonal expertise. Without them holding the chain together, doing both their own work and that of the fixed-rate estate agents further up the chain, I can confidently say that we would not have achieved the move into our dream house. So thank you Sutton Kersh! Could not recommend them more, worth every penny.

GoogleMy offer was accepted on my purchase through Sutton Kersh. However, the sale on my house fell through on 3 occasions (buyer pulling out) and the team at SK were so proactive in keeping the purchase of my new home on track. Throughout the whole process they were so supportive, professional and reactive, kept me informed, liaised with all concerned and made a difficult time so much easier. They really did go above and beyond my expectations. I love my new home and I'm really happy here. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

YellAvoid Sutton Kersh City Centre!!!
Not even worth one star. They will charge you with lots of reasons. Low efficiency in replying email. Missed appointments. Harsh phone attitude. If you are looking to let your property, find other companies instead of Sutton Kersh.

I had an exceptional experience with Sutton kersh, Liverpool center. The agent Micheal Round was brilliant in getting the sale through for me and showed a great deal of professionalism and initiative. He worked tirelessly in what was a difficult buy. Highly recommend this agency and paticularly Michael Round as a member of its staff.

GoogleI work in the property industry myself and Sutton Kersh have always been viewed as 'top dog', number 1 in the sector but after dealing with them personally, i now understand it is very much the opposite. Only department that are actually helpful are Auctions. Lettings never answer the phone and apparently no one can help. Useless. Only bothered when they're getting money, after that they haven't got any time for you. Even management are useless, reported something 3 months ago and still waiting on a response. Only person in management that is helpful is Evelyn Ross.

YellAvoid at all costs, better off buying a tent
Try and avoid Sutton Kersh at all costs, when first going to view the property no one turned up to show us around (should have been the first red flag) and instead we where shown around by the tenants, naively we still rented the flat from themselves and it has been hell ever since. When moving in it was clear the property was not cleaned as we were picking up cigarette buts and having to do everything ourselves. Light fixtures and a cooker was broken but they didn’t feel that they should repair these before new tenants moved in and just listed them on an inventory instead. When repairs are needed at a property incompetent workmen will be sent around and will take weeks to fix anything ( I imagine because the landlord pays a hefty sum for this) we had once waited 4 months for a dishwasher to be fixed and now 3 weeks without a washing machine. The staff in the Liverpool office are completely disinterested and have a take it or leave it approach and are as incompetent as their repair men

Let a property from SK and had absolutely no information about utilities etc had to do a lot of research to find out myself.Many items/utilities not working. Reported as broken but never fixed by them.Lost keys and it took them a full 2 weeks to issue replacement fobs.Was a £30 debt on the electricity meter so was told to pay £30 less rent on my second rental payment which they then hounded me about for the rest of the contract. Was told the letters were automated and I should ignore them but then they tried to take the money off my deposit.Seems like they lacked both the competence and the interest to do anything well and I couldn't recommend enough that people steer clear of them
