GoogleWorst agents ever encountered. Requested for viewing through website, twice, no response. Called them, they didn't answer, twice. Left voicemail regarding appoinment, they didn't come back. So, went to their office and requested for property viewing, they told they shall contact the existing tenants and arrange a date and time for viewing and would contact me regarding the appointment. Never heard from them.

GoogleAfter searching for my next dream home for what seemed a lifetime, I discovered it one evening online and immediately fell in love with it. It had everything I wanted plus more! So, not wanting to miss out I emailed the team at Sutton Kersh and managed to arrange a viewing for a few days later.
After turning up and falling even more in love with the property and knowing that I had to have it, I discovered I was the last one to view (Number 16) and there were already offers going in. Thank goodness the vendors didn't decide to cancel my appointment. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I put in my offer then was advised it was going to best and final offer. Arrrrgh - I'd done that before and it didn't work out but thought 'you've got to be in it to win it'. And so I did.
When Sutton Kersh called with the news, I couldn't have been happier. And then the relationship with SK really began. Over the 3 months it took to complete (due to challenges further down the chain), the team were continually in touch with me, helped organise additional viewings with the vendor, and also helped me arrange my mortgage in addition to surveys and other stuff. It was like a one-stop shop and they were amazing!
Finding your dream home can be pretty overwhelming but you'll know when you find it. And Sutton Kersh will help you do that, making it a virtually effortless experience on your behalf. Exactly what's needed when tackling what could be one of the most stressful times in your life.
I now have my dream home and the thanks goes out to Sutton Kersh - brilliant!!

YellIncompetent more than actively malicious
It's unfortunately hard to avoid dealing with Sutton Kersch if you're looking to rent in Liverpool, but do your best! Even the most mundane tasks - arranging a viewing, getting an agent to call back as they promised, signing a lease - appear to create challenges akin to mastering the finer points of quantum field theory. We persevered and "succeeded" in renting from them, only to find that it was the same story when it came to scheduling inspections and so forth. The staff are generally pleasant, so the fault seems to lie in a poorly managed and incompetent organization.

YellAbsolutely terrible service, worst we've ever seen!
Our house purchase and relocating was made unbelievably stressful and frustrating because of their terrible service. We can never get hold of them and they don't have a habit to return voicemail, even on the day of exchange! The manager Sue would not even give her area manager's contact details for us to make a complaint! Absolutely unbelieveable. Will never deal with them again, stay clear!
