GoogleWorst experience I’ve ever had with a letting agency. Never answered calls, never cleaned the flat before we moved in, there was a hole in the roof that was never fixed before our departure and they never made any effort to fix. Property we were allowed to let was unliveable and had rats, we never missed rent once, shook hands with the property owner who ensured we would not pay a penny more for the property due to the state it was in, as long as we parted ways civilly without us taking legal action and once we left and no longer had legal backing these liars and thieves bill us for nearly £300 because “we posted our keys and they couldn’t get access” when the spare keys were in the hands of the contractor who was carrying out the work to make the property liveable so they never missed out on a penny and the coward owner despite being provided my number refused to call me. Scammers, liars and cheats. Heed my warning, Avoid if you’re looking to rent.

GoogleNo stars. Absolutely shocking experience. I don't think they've ever heard of the word "COMMUNICATION "!!! Put the house up for sale after all the usual promises you'd expect from an estate agent. House was promptly archived when one of their "team "??? left. Viewings get cancelled ,I accept that,but, to not be told is unprofessional and disrespectful. Utterly dreadful set up.

GoogleSutton Kersh provided an excellent service with their super efficient team at the Allerton branch. Quick to share all suitable options. Mollie Smith helped immensely with the organising of viewing's and follow ups. Overall a great experience. The rest of the team Hanna/ Justin have been hugely supportive. put a bid in for a property and was accepted. We then did due diligence and found that their was a major problem with the roof and rising damp. We then reduced our offer. We were then suddenly told that somebody else had bid for the property above the asking price and it was sold. We told them that if the deal falls through then let us know. 3-4 months on the property is still on the market with a for sale sign on and also listed on their website? either they lied about the new bid or they forgot or was too busy to let us know that the property was still available?

GoogleI am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Sutton Kersh. I had scheduled a flat viewing for a Saturday at 1 pm, with the arrangements being made on the preceding Friday. The agency had advised me to communicate any potential changes as soon as possible, which is exactly what I endeavored to do when I anticipated a delay due to a three-hour journey and potential traffic issues. Regrettably, the agent I had been dealing with was not working on that Saturday, and there was no automated out-of-office response to inform me of this situation. Therefore, I was under the mistaken impression that my message about my delayed arrival had been received and acknowledged. When I arrived at the property at 1:45 pm, there was no response from the tenant. My attempts to contact the agency by phone were met with indifference, as my calls either remained unanswered or I was told the salesperson was unavailable. In an attempt to rectify the situation, I visited the agency's office, which was conveniently located five minutes away. To my astonishment, I found the salesperson present in the office, despite my calls being disregarded earlier. I relayed the sequence of events to them, but instead of accepting their role in the communication lapse, they left voice messages for the tenant, failing to take responsibility for not conveying my delayed arrival. Their insistence that they couldn't facilitate the viewing themselves and their lack of initiative to find a resolution was equally frustrating. It is disheartening to reflect on the considerable amount of time and financial resources I expended, including a six-hour round trip journey and a hotel reservation, all of which was wasted due to their ineffective communication and a lack of professional responsibility. My intention was to purchase the property that day, however, this experience has cast a serious doubt on the professionalism and reliability of Sutton Kersh. I hope my experience will highlight the need for the agency to improve its commitment to customer service, communication, and responsibility to its clientele.
