GoogleI have never had such bad customer support from a company. We recently purchased a property in Woolton, and from the get go the lack of communication was extremely poor. It seems they rarely answer the phones only to be told they are busy. Sorry to say but hire someone who can! They also do not return calls even when you leave messages. No one gets back to you when they say they will with questions we had. We had a young girl who made an appointment with us at 9am and then she ‘forgot’ to show up. We traveled over an hour to be there and we could not get a hold of anyone to see what had happened. Call your clients if you are late. Manage your time and please stop saying you will do something and then radio silence. It’s bad business. Overall if you are a purchaser they do not appear to have any formal best practices or proper procedures in place to make the buying process stress free. I would not recommend this location and only hope management takes the points on board and make the necessary changes. The Sutton Kersh Allerton location needs attention.

GoogleMy experience with Sutton Kersh has been nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we fell in love with our house, Mollie was kind, friendly and reassuring, and went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way possible. This continued throughout the entire letting process to us becoming official tenants, and as someone who has lived in almost 10 rented properties, I have never felt so content and reassured by my letting agents.
