Little to no communication from Adam.

I 100% would not recommend this company. I have been dealing with Adam Baldwin who has all of a sudden stopped contacting me. I simply let him know what dates would be available for them to do a valuation of a property I’m selling. The communication is so poor. Worse than poor as I’ve had none. I’ve even sent a follow up email twice, rang them (always goes to voicemail) absolute worst company. I’ve since contacted another estate agent who have answered right away and booked me in there and then for a property valuation. Awful company, avoid if you can!

It’s taken us a while to write this review but just wanted to say thank you to Sutton Kersh for their support on selling our home. We worked with Sutton Kersh for 2 years as we navigated difficult life circumstances that involved having to withdraw the house from the market then re-list it. We entered the market in April 2022 in very different circumstances and the team at Sutton Kersh worked tirelessly to find us a suitable buyer for our house. They supported us when experiencing buyers pulling out and each time got the house quickly re-listed and got us lots of viewings. Cliona Collins was the game changer for us in terms of the sale and made it her personal mission to get us a good quality buyer and get the sale over the line! I have been renting through Sutton Kersh for 7 years, they have been nothing but helpful. From calling to ask about repairs to changes in circumstances, they have always answered the phone and offered support whenever we have needed it. Recently we decided to move from the apartment into a house. After viewing a number of houses we came across one being advertised via Sutton Kersh. From booking the viewing, to putting in the application form, and going through referencing checks, it has been super straightforward and fast, in fact it has taken less then 72 hours! Justine, Hannah and Mollie have been there every step of the way to provide advice and reassure us of the process. We recently found out we have been accepted for the new house and I am thankful that it is via Sutton Kersh, as I know that we will be supported for the next (hopefully) 7 years! Highly recommended!

Less than useless. How am I supposed to move if I don't have a property?

This company is such a useless bunch. Told us we have to go in person to viewings when we don't live in the city and are trying to move there. Then sigh down the phone at you when you say that. They don't offer virtual viewings which is a TOTAL oversight because how are we supposed to move there if we can't get there. Here is an actual conversation I had:"Well maybe once you've moved to the city, we can organise a viewing.""And how do you suppose I move to the city if I have nowhere to live?" And then I was hung up on.How embarrassing for a letting company to not offer this. They actively try to not get their properties let out and you'll be lucky to get through to them at all. What a mess.
