GoogleAs a first time buyer they made it clear that unless I used their in house mortgage brokers they would make my offer seem like it wasn't financially sound even though I had a mortgage in principal though an independent mortgage advisor. This practice is actually illegal but they didn't care when I mentioned this over the phone.

TrustpilotThey lied to me
I went to view a property on Romer Road in Kensington. I filled an application form out and asked how much will the landlord increase the rent for in the coming years. Someone at the reception told me they were going to call the landlord and get back to me two weeks ago. I called several times for an update and I was told they will get back to me only for me to call again today and get told that the property has been given to somebody else and about to move in. Nobody in the department had the decency to contact to let me, and I was thinking I have got a property and already given out my notice to my current landlord. Very awful and unprofessional behaviour. Never using this agency again and I tell people to be careful.

GoogleJustine at Sutton Kersh was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I couldn't attend the initial viewing and had to rely on my husband's judgment to close the deal. However, Justine understood my need to see the house myself and graciously arranged a second viewing. She was patient and thorough, ensuring all my questions were answered, even though we had already closed the deal. It was clear that my satisfaction was her priority. Thank you, Justine!
