GoogleDo not understand any circumstances ues the solicitors that they use,they say it will make the sale go quicker but we or them cannot get hold of there own solicitors to finalise a completion date do yourself a favour and get your own solicitors

GoogleAs a buyer, Sutton kersh is not a great estate agent. My experience has been that they lie their way through the communication. If they don’t like you, they won’t put your offer in a positive light. They tell you that a certain price is what the seller is looking for, then they tell you it not all about the money once you give that price. And instead prioritise other offers even though your offer is the highest. Even though I’m a FT buyer. Just be wary when dealing with this EA

GooglePurchased a house through Sutton Kersh and the service was excellent. Dealt with Cliona and had regular contact regarding progress and they were very active and knowledgeable about the status of the sale. Would definitely recommend as it felt they actually were interested and cared.

Our experience with Sutton Kersh has been extremely disappointing. We expected a professional and transparent service when letting our property, but this was not delivered. Communication has been inconsistent, and key details were either misrepresented or not disclosed, leading to unnecessary stress and complications for both us as the landlord and the tenants looking to move in. There was a clear lack of transparency throughout the process, and their actions limited our options without proper consultation. Additionally, we felt unsupported in resolving issues, with poor handling of tenant relationships adding further frustration. Overall, the service fell far below the standard we were promised, although resolved in the end we feel very let down by their approach. We would not recommend Sutton Kersh based on our experience.

GoogleI recently bought a property through Sutton Kersh, and I have to say, Mary Kate was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Buying a home is never easy, but mine was especially stressful with so many delays and my mortgage offer close to expiring. I was very worried, but Mary Kate kept everything on track and made sure I felt supported the whole way through. She kept me updated constantly, always took my calls, and genuinely cared about making things as smooth as possible for me. It didn’t matter how many times I reached out, she always made me feel like I was her top priority, which really helped ease my stress. She just got on with things and made sure progress was being made, even when it felt like progress had slowed down. I also want to mention Debbie, who stepped in when needed and helped keep everything moving along. Together with Mary Kate, they made an amazing team. Thanks to Mary Kate’s hard work and dedication, i’ve been able to complete the purchase. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you’re looking to buy or sell, I honestly couldn’t recommend Sutton Kersh enough, especially Mary Kate. She made what could’ve been a nightmare into a great experience. Thank you again for everything!

GoogleFriendly and efficient customer service. I dropped by the office after viewing a property and was greeted by Megan who walked me through the letting process. Megan and her colleague Caroline followed up with my application right away and got me sorted. The front of office team is very adept and approachable.

If they don't wanna help, they should at least give us a call and let us know (we don't expect a reason, just a friendly phone) I don't believe stop answering phone calls is something business should do...
